You can upgrade to the Pro version by tapping the “Upgrade to Pro” button within the app. It is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to all scenes and premium features.

2. How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

If you have switched devices, simply go to the Settings page and tap “Restore Purchase.” Ensure you are logged in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

3. Why is the Sleep Timer not working?

Please ensure that MistClock has permission to send notifications. For the “Fade Out” audio feature to work correctly, do not force-close (swipe up) the app; let it run in the background.

4. Why are some scenes loading slowly?

Some high-definition scenes require an active internet connection to download for the first time. Once loaded, they are cached for offline use.
