FormuDesk is an iOS tool for editing, calculating, and verifying mathematical formulas.

Report a Problem

To help investigate an issue, please include:

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The FormuDesk app version.
• The steps that led to the problem.
• The error message or a screenshot, if relevant.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information. Formula content may contain private information, so share it only when necessary and when you are comfortable doing so.

In-App Purchases

For billing, payment, or refund questions relating to App Store purchases, consult Apple's official support resources. For a FormuDesk feature or purchase-entitlement issue, email us with a description of the problem. Do not send payment card details.

Apple Billing and Subscription Support

Purchase restoration depends on the type of product purchased and the functionality available in the app. If you cannot access a purchase, contact support and describe the issue.

Privacy

According to the app's stated design, formula content, formula history, and OCR processing are handled locally on your device and are not intentionally sent to a developer-operated server.
